I’m using TomTom’s Waypoint Optimization API and I’m not getting feedback to be able to increase the limit

The Waypoint Optimization endpoint takes up to 12 waypoints (I need a larger limit)

Can someone help me?

Changing limits require signing a contract. If Sales do not reply, then there is nothing more that we can do.

But who can guide me which procedure to get?
Any contacts that can answer me?
I have this api to use on a scripting platform, it will be impossible to change

YES, I filled out the form 4 times, so far no response
