I am wondering if there is a way to create a map that shows the speed limit as road color.
Regrettably I don’t have much experience with all that API and coding, but maybe some could give a hint?

hmmm… usually developers want to show the flow - current flow speeds
we don’t have layers with speed limits, so it won’t be easy to create such map
