Route with trafic incident

Could someone tell me how to set up a route with, in addition, the list of incidents on the road?

You just need to add sectionType=traffic parameter to the request.
Example:

https://api.tomtom.com/routing/1/calculateRoute/52.50931%2C13.42936%3A52.50274%2C13.43872/json?sectionType=traffic&key=*****
