Failed to resolve Tom Tom SDK Dependencies

We are going to integrate another sensor into a Tom Tom digital cockpit application. To compile examples and template apps they are providing an SDK.

While compiling the Tom Tom SDK, from their developer documentation we have to insert a username and password into project-level Gradle properties, we are getting an error of unable to resolve dependencies with a response of 401(unauthorized) though we placed a username and password.

Does anyone have any info on how to solve this error of authentication? Any help would be appreciated.

We are assuming here the username and password are the developer console username and password.
