Circuitous Route - Why?

The navigation took someone a circuitous and 15-mile out of the way route to a FedEx terminal in Charlotte. The Terminal for FedEx ground is right off of Interstate 85. The FedEx terminal is generally approached by coming into the 85 to Freedom Drive and then north about a mile to the terminal. TomTom routed up the I-485 North, then backtrack through neighborhoods and industrial areas. It was a challenging and poor experience for a truck driver.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We have verified it in our mapping database and found that there is a truck restriction in reality on Freedom Drive for some types of trucks but we have captured it is a more restrictive way than what the signpost indicated. This impacted the routing behavior for all trucks. The issue will be corrected in our maps soon.
