Apply "advanced" routing parameters in Matrix call?

POST Calculate Route has cool parameters like avoid, vehicleMaxSpeed, and departAt (plus some on energy consumption).

Can we use any subset of these for Matrix Routing so the travel times reflect similar constraints?

Parameters that are defined via query params can also be added as a query params.
Example:

https://api.tomtom.com/routing/1/matrix/sync/json?key=Your_API_Key&routeType=fastest&travelMode=car

POST parameters can be added that way:

<matrixRequest>
...
    <options>
        <post>
            <postData>
                <avoidVignette>
                    AUS,CHE
                </avoidVignette>
            </postData>
        </post>
    </options>
</matrixRequest>
