API support tickets

question about TomTom support…

We had an issue where the EV APIs stopped returning meaningful data. The APIs were responding, but essentially they were off.

Opened a support ticket, got a response saying “thank you for your interest”, then nothing

Is that normal support for TomTom? Does TomTom normally ignore support tickets?

That ticket was not picked yet. Sorry for that. We are not ignoring support requests.
